It's the most fun you'll have sitting
down!

Dragonboating is a truly
team sport:
- There are no stars and no flops
- Everyone must work together and
keep in time
- It's about technique as much as
muscle
- Suitable for all shapes, sizes and
fitness levels
- Lots of disabilities are no handicap
(eg leg problems, sight impairment)
- Win, lose or draw it's a lot of
fun!

- dragonboats
- paddles
- safety gear
- instruction
- up to 3 practice paddling sessions
- an accredited sweep (to steer the
boat)
- race officials
- trophies

You supply:
- a team of 10
- a team name
- your best team effort
- sunscreen and hats
- $10 per person (for race day insurance,
shade hire, etc)
- as much adrenalin as you can muster!
